Due Date for Payment Calculator
Under s 12 of the Vic SOP Act 2002, any contractual payment term later than 20 Victorian business days after service of the payment claim is of no effect. Where no payment term is specified, the default is 10 Victorian business days.

Victorian Business Day Rules
Under the Vic SOP Act, a "business day" is any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, Victorian public holiday, or any day in the period from 22 December to 10 January (inclusive). This is different from NSW, which only excludes 27–31 December.
